We have one pram suit that we were given by a friend a long while ago but I don’t think we’re gonna use it as I don’t think it will be that cold then 😅 but we have blankets of course in case we do need to wrap him up
@Natalya please check recalled items as I’m sure one on Amazon pretty much exactly the same as this was recalled for risk of overheating! We got rid of ours xx
@Amber hey, I didn’t get mine from Amazon I got this pink rabbit one from Argos. I can’t remember the brand name I’ll have a look xx
My last baby was also an April baby and I didn’t get a pram suit until the winter. I think the star blankets Kirsty posted are great, lots of people I knew had those but I just used a blanket for the bassinet. Then when it got colder a thin pram suit and a cosy toes depending on the weather x
We’ve got one just in case - well partner saw it thought it was cute so bought it. I’m due very start of April but fully expect her to be a March baby so fingers crossed it’ll get a little use
The star snugs are very useful
My baby was born in January with the next one due April. I had two snowsuits thinking one for wear one to wash I used them both twice each. The day I left hospital it was snowing and the hospital didn’t even want me putting him in it. I’m thinking of a thick cardigan and using blankets and hats this time round
I don’t think so - pram suits are only Really necessary when the temperature is under 10 degrees which in April it generally is. Just layer up with jumpers and hats on cold days. You don’t want baby too hot - it’s much worse than too cold.
