I was worrying the other day that I was giving too much fruit. I even googled how many bananas is too many for a baby 😂 she definitely has more fruit than veg but at least half a banana a day and then usually blueberries, raspberries and nectarines. Sometimes I mix a fruit puree into her yoghurt too.
Phew, my LO is having a banana a day plus other fruit 😂 trying to convince him that vegetables are yummy too 😅
I give her 1/3rd of a banana maybe twice a day and she can eat 10 blueberries sometimes in a sitting, a handful of raspberries or a few sticks of mango. She seems to have gone off fruit these last few days but as long as she’s still having her weetabix or porridge in the morning I’m not too worried what else she has when milk is still her main source of nutrition
My girl probably eats a whole banana and about 10/15 blueberries a day maybe??? And usually a couple strawberry’s and raspberry’s!
