Spot of blood when wiping?
I’m 37+3 and this morning when wiping there are very tiny speckles of blood after passing urine? I’m not in any pain or discomfort down below should I be concerned?

I mean if it was the placenta then I would have pains and bleeding would be more than once also baby would move very actively. Just go to triage just to be checked

The same happened to me few days ago same weeks as you. I went to triage they’ve monitored me a night there but everything was fine and had no bleeding since then. CTG was normal baby movements are fine. And even the scan showed placenta and umbilical cord were working as normal. Now they offered me an induction for 39 weeks as they think it can come from the placenta which I don’t think at all as anyone can have bleeding at this stage.
