Naps

A handful of times when she’s woke up late around 9 and then slept 12.15-2.15. But usually it’s wake at 7pm nap 10-12 & 3:30-4 bed at 7pm

My 10 month old only naps once for an hour then goes to bed about 8-9pm and sleeps till 7-8am x

usually has one nap unless he has an early and short nap x
