Sleep regression

How does everyone manage sleep regression at 17 months old? 😫 its so hard to get bubs down for a sleep, she just screams and cries her little heart out. Shes always been an amazing sleeper and always slept right through the night since she was 4 months old, never any issues getting her down until the last 2 weeks. Now there is tears and heart breaking cries when its bed time and its 10, 11, 12, 1 even 2am when she finally goes to sleep. I dont know what to do, ive tried letting her cry, ive tried cuddling her, ive tried having her in my bed, ive tried panadol and bonjela incase its teething. Nothing is helping. Any suggestions? Anything is appreciated

Omg feel you!!!

I’m so sorry to hear you’re having such a rough time Mumma Our boy was a shocking sleeper from 4 months to 14 months. A few things that got us through the tough nights. Keep to a routine, ours is walk, dinner, bath & feed to sleep. He knows when the walk starts that the end is bed and I think that helps. We also have a two settle rule, if one parent gets bub to sleep and fails the cot transfer two then we tag the other one in. Last resort the car for at least a full sleep cycle. Turns out drive thru kripsy crème exists in Brisbane 😂 Good luck Mumma xo
