Does anyone know if I can get a urine and blood test request from Doctors at the coventry walk in clinic for my baby?

My 11 month has fever for 3 days now and it goes up and down. Hes on paracetamol and ibuprofen as instructed by the GP yesterday. But didnt ask us for urine or blood test.
