@Charlotte I’ve just been and wiped again and there is loads more same as the pic of the bit on my hand but a lot of it x
It increases in pregnancy, but if it is your plug then not to worry it regenerates, it’s when you see blood on the plug that you call the midwife’s x (Everyone’s plug will look different) I never lost it with my first x
Confirming too it's discharge, I've had the same issue last few weeks with more than normal and my midwife said that's fine, as Charlotte mentioned it's normal esp with hormone changes, if it's bloody at all though that's when you need to call midwife/it's mucus plug.
