Someone didn’t pick one up I posted. It got sent back to me and the buyer got their money back. I then resold it
I had this happen to me buyer didn't collect it or respond so I got it sent back to me randomly one day but they didn't get a refund I don't know if that's because they didn't request one or something it was so strange

@Alexandra so the buyer gets the money back right , if they don’t pick it on time , cuz I have an emergency I’m away I won’t be able to collect my parcel and I don’t want the seller to get the money and the bag

Yes the buyer got her money back as I got the item back
No idea. Haven’t had that happen. But if a dispute is raised with vinted (I had a parcel go missing in transit once, I was the buyer) it took a few weeks for vinted to resolve but in the end I got my refund and the seller got their money back too (that’s the seller protection fee you pay). So if they deny it I guess there’s a chance they’ll get both back but you should get your money back too 🤷♀️

They send it back to you and you then get the money back. But not until you get it back and mark as received if I recall.
