The NHS website says you can have no more than 200mg per day. • 100mg in a mug of instant coffee • 140mg in a mug of filter coffee • 75mg in a mug of tea (green tea can have the same amount of caffeine as regular tea) • 40mg in a can of cola • 80mg in a 250ml can of energy drink • less than 25mg in a 50g bar of plain dark chocolate • less than 10mg in a 50g bar of plain milk chocolate
You can have cooked Camembert because it’s cooked any bacteria would’ve been cooked off and as for the caffeine…you can have caffeine but I still wouldn’t touch coke or energy drinks w a 10 foot pole coz of all the other crap it contains not just caffeine. At a pub, I’d go for a mocktail. It’ll have good stuff in it like cranberry juice, coconut juice or OJ depending what it is but still juice and still somewhat healthy compared to coke. I like virgin pina colada or the like. At home, I’d go for chai latte or green tea. While pregnant
I drank coke when pregnant within the caffeine limit and my baby is fine! When I was poorly and throwing up my midwife suggested a full fat can of coke as it stays down so one coke wont harm you
Yes, because it’s cooked it’s ok to have. I used to have lemonade or a mocktail or an elderflower presse or something along those lines. X
