Hospital Bag

I picked up a large black weekend bag from Primark this morning. Nothing pretty but will do the job with compartments! I'm due the 5th and am starting to get bits to pack for the next couple of weeks x

I’m due 24th Feb and will pack most things over Christmas break. Last time though I didn’t have it packed until around my due date but had a list together. This time trying to do it earlier just because I’ll have the time and life is busy with a toddler and full time. I also found last time I really overthought it and wanted everything perfect but then barely used most things and some things you can only pack closer to just like going away. So having it done it I now feel more casual about it. In terms of bag, last time also researched the perfect bag and regret not just taking a small wheelie suitcase. Avoid a duffel bag as heavier/bulkier to carry. For baby used a nappy bag which worked great. Biggest tip is using bag dividers that are labelled, means anyone can find what they need for you or baby.

@Lauren so youd suggest a small suitcase (like one you have overhead on a plane) and then for baby just a nappy bag? X

I need to pack my hospital bag this week, Baby girl will be coming at 37 weeks but there's still that chance that she'll come by herself since my waters have already broken.

I’m due the 1st Feb but they reckon he will be early, haven’t even started packing my bag yet 😂🫣x

First time round I packed while I was having contractions (baby arrived at 39 weeks) 😂 Hopefully I’ll get myself organised a little earlier this time..although it didn’t end up being a problem last time.

Ah same due date!🥰 think I’ll probably pack once I finish work in 4 weeks time x

I’m due 2 Feb and hoping to have my bag packed for Christmas. I’m taking a small suitcase for my stuff and a small sports bag/hold-all thing for the baby stuff. Only started washing clothes now, it’s all starting to feel very real 😬🥰
