C section scar

I had a c section 16 months ago. Would you say it healed ok? I didn't have any infections or anything like that but I haven't been massaging the scar and it's still a bit raised. 😕 is there a point massaging it after 16 months ? I mean I have massaged it a few times but not regularly..
