Waiting game

I’m so fed up! Due to start our first round of IVF as soon as my period arrives and it’s now 3 days late. I’m never late! Normally like clockwork, almost to the hour… Negative test this morning so other than stress no reason for it to be late. Has anyone else found this when waiting to start a cycle?

My round 1 I was 5 days early, went to panic stations to get my meds, then on My round 2 was 5 days late, couldnt make it up! I was fuming! 🤣🫶🏻 I hope it comes soon! And don't worry too much, they can induce it if it doesn't show up ❤️ (as frustrating that is) xxx

Ah really? That also sounds stressful! Thank you, it’s such a strange thing the whole process. The waiting is just the worst though xx

Oh I totally agree the waiting makes it worse, but I promise once you get into the swing of things your mind and body will calm a little and you'll wanna get to the next stage.. Wishing you all the best in your cycle ✨️🫶🏻❤️

Thankyou. Still no sign and tested negative again this morning. It ridiculous, I’m now stressed I’m in perimenopause… with no really reason except I’m a few days late! Why does our brain automatically jump to the worst case scenario?! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ xx

Haha because we're human my love! We are only fearful of the unknown!! And by no means do we have any control over our cycles, especially this process... IVF is the most precise yet unpredictable process you'll ever be in! ✨️ I won't generically say try and relax!... But definately allow is my best advice 💗🫶🏻.. You won't believe how many women this happens to! Lol xxx
