How many steps=walking?
I feel like more than 4 in a row but also like what do you guys think?
My baby has been doing like a 2 step then fall thing for weeks, occasionally 3. I didn't count that as walking. Just now he took 4 walking towards me fell and then went back and did it again. Does that mean walking?! Lol I'm excited either way but I don't know. Progress at least. How many steps until you guys say omg my baby walked lol?

I would consider your baby as 'walking' from what you described but I never counted the steps I just consider it walking if they're getting to a destination on 2 feet 😆 My girl was doing what your baby is doing and she was refusing to crawl anywhere within 2 weeks after that so your baby is probably about to take off too
Yess he's been practicing now a few times a day by just going a few feet at a time from an object to me. It's all very exciting:)

Walking to something at least 3ft away, I guess. 🤣 Walking takes some time to become a pro. My baby took her first steps at 9 months and, within a week, she could walk 3-5ft before losing confidence, tripping over something or getting too excited and falling down. Now she is walking all over the place and can turn around, step over things and stop and stand in place without falling. However, when they start taking a few consecutive steps, then I think that’s when they start walking. So, yes, he took 4 steps towards you, so he is walking!
