Headaches

I have one right now I'm 13 weeks ans ifs so bad I feel crap

Oh Farah, I’ve had one all day today too… I’m 11 1/2 weeks 🤕

I have bad headaches but paracetamol are awful. I’m 11 weeks

@Jess they really are rubbish! I find that the headaches make the nausea 100x worse as well… it’s a real struggle. I’m hoping the next few weeks will change how we feel 🙏🤞 x

I’ve been getting headaches daily since around 7 weeks, always in the afternoon and won’t go unless I go to sleep. Doctors say it’s not a pregnancy symptom and prescribed me codeine but obviously really don’t want to be taking it unless it’s absolutely desperate! Generally sleep is the only things that helps me!

@Maddie I’m the exact same! It won’t go unless I sleep it off. I tried to have a 30 min Power Nap the other day, but it just wasn’t good enough. I only feel better the next day after I’ve slept at night. It’s so awful! I do think it must be pregnancy! Your blood multiplies and it can cause headaches (according to Dr Google) x
