Did you find it difficult with eating? I find I need to snack to stop me feeling sick but also need to stop eating so my numbers come down. It’s so hard
I did struggle but it’s because I absolutely craved coco pops and I’m also vegetarian so it just limits what you can have! I struggled with breakfast more than anything as that’s when I’d spike. There are lots of groups on Facebook to help
I have a test at 16 weeks, I was last pregnancy though very late on! It’s a minefield so make sure you do lots of research x
