Should I confront him?

So my husband(we aren’t actually married tho), went to a bar for an hour after work yesterday and didn’t say anything about going. He knows people(he used to work here) who work at this bar, and it’s 90% women. Usually when he goes out for a drink it’s a quick 30 minutes just one beer and he always tells me. But last night he stayed just over an hour before coming home and didn’t bother to tell me. (I know because his family is on 360). This is after I had asked him to stop for formula and water on his way home. I didn’t smell any alcohol either. So if he didn’t drink at a bar… why was he there so long? Should I confront him? Am I overthinking?
