Normal behavior?
Recently my almost 13 mo daughter has started hitting herself on the back of the head with toys/ smacking herself. She’s also started pulling her hair. Never hard enough to hurt herself or make herself cry, although she does grab and pull her hair when fussing too. Is this behavior normal?

Mine does the same! I think it's just them exploring their bodies and learning boundaries of what hurts and what doesn't!

My almost 13 month daughter has been doing the same for a while now. I was worried in the beginning but found out other kids of my friends and cousins also have done in. When I aks her to stop, she stops and smiles/giggles and repeats. I think it's quite normal.
