If you're not having any symptoms like dizziness or shortness of breath then that can be a completely normal heart rate while awake & asleep. Also just keep in mind that even hospital grade monitors/pulse ox are always completely accurate (sometimes we have to trouble shoot to get them to read right). Fitness watches and at home monitors are notoriously inaccurate, especially during sleep because they may not be positioned perfectly. If you're having any symptoms be sure to contact your provider.
That isnāt honestly super low, especially for resting. My heart rate is regularly in the 40ās when resting. If you donāt feel off then likely it is normal. If my heart rate is in the 60s I have had to have been active. Nurses always do a double check/take until I tell them itās normal. It is common in people who do a lot of cardio. Obviously if you are feeling symptomatic you should call:go in and be checked out.
@Aubry thatās the thing Iāve been overweight and not really active except before I got pregnant I was walking 1mi a day and my heart rate has always been in the 80s.. since having baby 3wks ago I lost 37lbs and my heart rate dipping that low was freaky lol but I read that itās pretty common so thank you guys for the reassurance
