I did intermittent fasting after my first pregnancy for 7ish months - I wasn't super strict with it but I gradually lost all of my baby weight and more and I didn't put anything back on either. I used the Fastic App. I'm now pregnant with my second and I will do the fasting again after baby, not straight away but when I'm ready x
I have finally recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia after years of fighting with doctors 🥲. I have always found swimming or even walking in a swimming pool the best . Take it steady even if it is only 3 laps it will help 😊
