How to lose weight

I’ve gained loads of weight after my 2nd pregnancy. I’m at my biggest. My metabolism is non existent now. Any suggestions how I can lose weight without making myself poorly/have a crash? I have CFS so medical advice is not to exercise. Any suggestions of exercises which is gentle enough and CFS friendly that I can try? Thank you

I have finally recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia after years of fighting with doctors 🥲. I have always found swimming or even walking in a swimming pool the best . Take it steady even if it is only 3 laps it will help 😊

I did intermittent fasting after my first pregnancy for 7ish months - I wasn't super strict with it but I gradually lost all of my baby weight and more and I didn't put anything back on either.
