Opinions pls
Has anyone given their babies the store bought baby food with cinnamon in it, I believe its cinnamon and apple, my mom said it’d be good for breakfast for him and I got it for him without thinking and then remembered that I heard that baby’s aren’t allowed to have cinnamon and my mom argues that since it was made with baby food and In the baby section it should be fine to give him

@Ona this comment actually made me look into it and apparently then can once they hit 6 months in small amounts 😭 I’m in a boy moms group on Facebook and everybody’s been going on about how baby’s can’t have cinnamon, I’ve seen posts about it for months so I’ve been like huh I thought it was honey first 😭 my little guy just turned 6 months yesterday, thank you so much for your input here, it’s helped a ton ❤️
I gave my baby girl so far is sweet potatoes and bananas and she loves bananas but I haven’t given her anything with cinnamon in it
My boy is nearly 9 months and loves the Ella’s kitchen apple and cinnamon crumble pots!! Xx
I never heard anything about cinnamon just honey 🤔
