Morning after pill.
Me and hubby got way too carried away and had unprotected sex on Thursday evening… I’m pretty sure I ovulated yesterday evening, I took the morning after pill yesterday morning, what are the chances of this working? It’s not the end of the world, it is what it is and we wouldn’t be disappointed, just wanted to hold off for a few more months before trying for baby no.2

@Rachel I get ovulation pain, so I know when an egg is being released (very strange I know) but it’s something I’ve suffered with since my ectopic! So I took the pill yesterday morning and I got my ovulation pain last night! Thanks honey xxx
If you’ve already ovulated it won’t work ,
From what I understand, the pill delays ovulation from happening. If ovulation had already happened, then it won't do anything to prevent a pregnancy. But without tracking your cycle with temperature checks, opk's, or an ultrasound, then it's pretty impossible to know when/if you did already ovulate before taking the pill if you're only using a estimated ovulation date on a period tracker.
