It’s not itchy and it wasn’t there last night my C section is scheduled on Tuesday just wondering what it could be ?

I have had one of these as well and it has flared under on and off. Mine does get a bit itchy but if I leave it alone and moisturize it goes away. It feels almost lost a small hive or bug bite
