Last wake window/naps

How long are everyone's last wake windows/what time do you have your last nap. Nearing 14 weeks now and last wake window seems to need to be closer to 2 hours in order for him to go down at bedtime easily but he also gets super grouchy during this time

Our little boy is 17 weeks. It varies quite a lot! He’s a morning baby. Happy as anything when he wakes up around 7-7:30…he’ll be awake for 90 minutes or so then want to nap. This might be 20-50 minutes! But it depends. He’ll then have massively varied naps all day! Sometimes an hour, sometimes only 15-20 minutes. He gets very clearly “ready for bed” from 6-7onwards and I don’t tend to push him! Sleep begets sleep.

2 hours. Last nap is between 4-5 so she can go down by 7.00 pm

Last nap is about 2ish hrs after his bottle about 4pm. So naps at 6ish Last bottle is 7pm and then goes to bed at 7:30pm and sleeps until 7:30am

My 14 week old last wake window is 2hrs as I also find it’s hard for him to go to bed if it’s less than that. He can be grouchy during that time too but usually only if his previous nap was quite short. Some ppl say to cap the nap before bed to 30 mins but he actually seems to be better if his last nap is a decent one (around an hour). My LO bedtime is 9/10pm. I tried to bring it earlier as he seems to be fussy after around 7/8 but he was having none of it.
