Sure start maternity grant
Just finished filling the form and it says you have to provide evidence of pregnancy but I only have my MATB1 form and I can’t photocopy it because they said they accept it so what should I do

@Samantha no it’s a form that you have to post here in England
It's a different form, but they accept copies of the Matb1 for the Maternity Allowance done at the Job Centre as it's certified by them.
Are the forms online? I know with my first it was online I’m sure and I just took a photo of it. I’m in Scotland though so might be differentx
