As long as it doesn’t had cod livers oil in it you are ok

Omegas are so important in pregnancy 🙂 particularly DHA! I'm no expert but it should be fine defo ask at your first appointment and they'll be able to advise. I take a non fish oil omega and wanted to check about the composition of it and the midwife team were great and confirmed it was all safe to take

@Hannah which one are you taking? Maybe ill switch to this option too 🌝

@Lauren it doesnt really say in the ingredients

DHA is really really important in pregnancy! I took it religiously every single day (still do) and never suffered from pp depression or anxiety. My son is now 1 year old

@Rafaela did you take fish oil or you went with another option. I see the fish oil that comes from cod liver is not good for pregnancy and it is not specified in mine 🫠

@Sarah I take this one! It's a bit pricey but I dont eat fish so limited options for me! There definitely are pregnancy safe fish based omegas out there I'm sure pregnacare do one and I know proceive definitely do as I take their prenatal https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/holland-barrett-high-strength-vegan-triple-omega-3-6-9-oil-680mg-capsules-60001292

@Sarah it would have to specify if it was an ingredient. I personally take the 3-6-9 omegas from my vitamins they are fish based but not cod liver is used in the product
