Have you guys ever tried to go no contact/bare minimum contact with someone that lives in your house? How did it play out?

It’s hard to go full on no contact when you live with them. I suggest looking into the grey rock method- that’s your best bet
It would be an extremely difficult situation to go ‘no contact’ with someone who lives in the same household as you. I would highly suggest the person in question goes to live elsewhere so you can go no contact. It won’t work being under the same roof x
