I would let him have the middle name of his uncles if it were me
You both have reasons for wanting to use those names so could you use both but i get his point especially as his uncle has passed. My little boy is Freddie after my grandad who passed and his dad chose his middle name (which is his families middle name) I'd personally let him have the middle name
I would use both I think Jasper Ben Bradly sounds amazing! Could also go the other way but I think Ben first flows a bit better in my opinion but either are nice! Jasper is a great name!
I prefer jasper Bradley Ben but I also agree with other comments if u only want one middle name I'd let it be Bradley x
Our little one has two middle names, to be honest you use them so little in life (in my opinion) that having two - especially two that are both so special! - would be absolutely fine x
You guys are my conscience 🥰🥰 I think it means a lot to him to have Bradley and my brother knows nothing about it so no hurt feelings there and he certainly don’t expect it. I also have a long name so was trying to avoid that 😂
If you can then use both. My son has two middle names. The first one is after my dad who passed and the second one is one of my boyfriends middle name (he has three)
If you don’t want to use both I’d let partner have the middle name for his uncles. If you were then to have a second child, the middle name is one that is sentimental to you. That’s what we did - he got the first middle name, I got the second ☺️
I think Jasper Bradley sounds really nice actually and means a lot to your partner. I’d go with that. However you could do both as people mentioned, I think Jasper Bradley Ben flows best if you use both.
Jasper Benwood: Leigh means Woodland/Meadow + Ben Jasper Brody: Brad -> BRoDy and if you happen to call your brother Bro this could work Jasper Brenley: Brad -> BRad Ben->bEN Leigh-> LEY

Use both? Both my children have 2 middle names we picked one each My daughter has my friends name and her dad's late aunties name. My son has my grandma's maiden name and his dad's grandas name.
