Clear blue pregnancy test

Bought a clear blue test today and once I opened the box, it had bubble wrapper around the foil tests. Took the test not to long ago and said not pregnant. Wanting to know if it possible it could be tampered before buying knowing that it usually just it being in foiled up with out having a bubble wrap on the foiled test. ??
