Eyedrops

Has anyone got tips for giving their baby eyedrops? My girl has conjunctivitis in one eye so we have antibiotics to give her but every time we wipe her eye clean she screws it up and holds it closed, so it's impossible to get the eyedrops in! Has anyone else tried/got any tips?
