Waking up with a stuffy nose every morning 🤧

This has never been an issue until about a few weeks ago. Started around Christmas time and I thought maybe she’s picked something up but a few weeks later it’s still going on- and only in the mornings when she wakes up! Has a stuffy/congested/blocked nose and struggles to breathe because of it. Is this normal? Does anyone know what’s causing it? Is the air in our bedroom dry?? What can I do to help her? Must admit, although it’s about her but I’m the same also and I wake up with a stuffy nose too and sometimes my partner does as well.. worried there might be something dodgy in our house and we only bought it in October

My little girl has been sooo choked up for a couple of weeks (far worse in the morning when she wakes) GP said she has a viral so really just the common cold which I think about 90% of the uk probably have with how cold it’s been🥶!! Try calpol saline nasal drops! They have helped us sooo much x

We got a Vicks cool mist hummidifer and it’s so good. Our LO was waking up stuffy and snotty and after one night it cleared his airways and ours

We live in a new build so having our heating on dries the air out a lot. We were going to buy a humidifier but the doctor said don’t waste money just wet a big muslin and put on the radiator so that’s what we do each night. If she gets really bad we use the frida mom snot sucker which sounds gross but is so much more effective than the electric ones😂

we are the exact same especially with having the heating on in the day with the cold weather. I would also recommend the Vicks humidifier too!We use this, saline spray and a snot sucker!
