Hey girls. Did anyone else suffer with constipation in their third trimester? I’m 30 weeks and wanted to know if there were any ways I could relieve it and whether it’s normal? Xx

My midwife suggested Lactulose which has worked great for me x

Prune juice and lactulose helped me x

Prunes chopped up in a smoothee, skin left on kiwi as well. Chai seeds and ‘yoga for poop’ on YouTube.

I just take a spoonful of olive oil, works wonders

Kiwis all the way. Slice into rounds with the skin on if you're not keen on eating like an apple! 🥝
