Sleep. Am I doomed?

My LO has always been a great sleeper until she turned 8months. I can’t get her to sleep more than 4 hours at nighttime without her waking up, she will wake then be wide awake and can’t get herself back to sleep. Any suggestions? Is this a sleep regression or is she just woke up one day & decided she doesn’t want to sleep. She is army crawling, learning to talk more words & learning to stand. Unsure if this is what’s affecting her sleep.

Mines the same I’ve had to start sleeping with her 🥲

Currently me and my lo...fine sleeping in cot up until 1am. This morning was up till 5am until I gave up and got him in my bed and fell asleep very quickly. He is crawling everywhere, it's been all of a sudden really and is pulling himself up too. Always been babbling away xx

It’s most likely the sleep regression caused by developmental steps. Keep going with your normal routine and it should pass.

We were going through the same, slept through since birth basically and at 7/8months wake ups all through the night, she’s 8.5months now and it’s stared to settle down, some nights we have no wake ups, some nights we have 1/2 but it’s definitely getting better x

My little one was like that. We decided to drop him down to 2 naps and up his solids intake and he’s back to sleeping through the night. We still have an occasional wake up, but it’s mostly just him wanting to explore things and he’s learning to crawl. He usually puts himself back to bed though

Mine has been doing this since the day before 6 months (she slept through the night for 4 months prior)! Hoping it’s still just a phase!!

Mine was doing this for about 2.5 weeks, then went back to her normal sleep.
