Thats an allergy rash could be from food or from laundry detergent as well
@Noelle he hasn’t had anything different at all. And not changed the washing powder or liquid it’s always been the same since he was born
Definitely looks like an allergic reaction, but it could be viral. You can do the test yourself. Allergies are weird. They can happen out if now where even if they’ve seemingly been fine with something. Give him an antihistamine and see if it goes away. Or to see if it’s viral, press on the affected area of skin with your finger or the side of a clear glass; if the rash disappears or turns white under pressure, it's considered a "blanching rash" which is typically associated with a viral infection.
Looks like allergies rash to me. My LG had one this week from cinnamon or nutmeg. Cleared in 3 days
