Baby cameras with good night vision?

What would you recommended for a baby monitor with good night vision. We’ve got a couple of vtech cams which have been just right for naps but not the best night vision for when my baby goes into their own room at 6 months+. I’d like one that has a monitor with it and doesn’t need to be used on mobile. Thanks
