Any other little ones had a black eye 😭
My little one was standing looking out the window and when getting back down to her knees she banged her eye on the windowsill. She didnt fall so I dont even know how she managed it 😭 Its quite red and swollen bless her and Im sure it will be a black eye! I feel absolutely awful, it happened in seconds! Afterwards she was upset for a few mins then was fine after hugs and kisses and back playing with toys and had yoghurt and seems fine in herself, now napping and Im checking on her regularly. But I feel so bad! I also feel like people will think we have hurt her although Im sure this happens all the time 😭 Has anyone used arnica on their little one?

Its awful isnt it 😭😭 Thankfully her wee eye actually looks much better than I expected it would, but good to know re the arnica, like you said Im sure it will only get worse once she is walking
No but she managed to cut her cheek which then bruised and looked like she'd gone a round with Mike Tyson. Same circumstance! Slapping on the window, turned round to shout me, turned back and smacked her face. There were more tears from me than there were from her. It actually healed very quickly but I felt like we were being heavily judged every time we went anywhere 😭
not a black eye but he's had a bruise on his forehead when he hit it off an open cupboard door trying to get to me🥲 i felt so so guilty for hours, i cried with him but after some cuddles he was fine but i felt the same that people would think ive done that to him🥹 my sister recommended arnica cream, and it did help the bruise disappear quite quickly. he's now walking, and constantly tripping up and he's just a bit clumsy (just like me😅) so it's constant on his wee legs. x
