Any recommendations for formula? We’re currently using SMA from birth, first infant milk but my little one appears to be struggling with digestion. He’s constantly straining, grunting and seems uncomfortable and is going often more than 48 hours between poos. They are then big blowouts. Don’t know whether to change. Help please!

I had this problem with cow and gate. Switched to kendamil and issue seems fo be fixed x
I swear by kendamil which is what I have used both times with my oldest and my youngest xx
Try sma comfort milk x
