Coach transfer on holiday

We're going to Lanzarote soon and have a cosch transfer from the airport to the hotel. Our son will be 18 months, will he just sit on our lap with the seat belt?

Yes our LG did back in October in Greece, just sat at a window on the back row with loads of room. She just kept standing to look out the window x

Yes. I don't think there's a requirement nor a provision to have a child seat in a coach. If it's a van might fall under the 'car' category but I think there's still a loophole that taxis aren't mandated to provide car seats
