Too much protein ?

Iv got myself into a spiral of anxiety. Anyone else had the protein puddings from Aldi or Lidl ? Iv had one and ended up reading about the potential harmful effects of too much protein in pregnancy. Anyone got any advice on this ?

i’ve had a protein yogurt from aldi and i’ve been fine. i have one every week or 2 and ive been fine. protein actually helps with balance with sugars. other then that me and baby have been fine. i’m 35 weeks atm

I got myself in a panic because I had a protein yoghurt yesterday and this morning two eggs for breakfast and then peanut butter for a snack so I panicked thinking Iv had too much 😭 do you think these things online are probably talking like a ridiculous amount of protein ?

I had soooo much protein - including a protein yoghurt for breakfast every morning and high protein at every meal. That’s what helped me maintain sugar levels by diet only so…

I've never heard too much protein was bad. I have ran into too much causing constipation which I battle with when pregnant anyway, so I have a metamucil gummy(or Costco has a similar product) that taste good and help keep things moving.
