BF & Solids Routine

Hey BF Mamas! Could you please share your LOs BF & Solids routine. I have just returned to work (where thankfully I can BF my LO) but he is refusing to eat solids at lunch there when he normally would at home. I'm only working 6 hours a day and am having to feed him 3 times during his nursery stay. He is also fighting naps there. I was hoping to see other BF routines to see if there are any changes I could try. At the moment his routine is: 6.30 BF then sleeps while I get ready 8:00 Breakfast 10:30 BF (then nap) 12:00 Lunch 2:45 BF (then nap) 4:30 BF 6:00 Dinner 7:30 BF and bed He will then BF through the night at 10pm 12am and 3am 😭. So I am also drained and shattered 😅

Similar but less feeds: 8:00 Breakfast 10:30 BF (then nap) 1:00 Lunch 3:30 BF (then nap) 5:30 Dinner 7:15 BF and bed She will then BF through the night most of the time around 12am/1am but she has been sleeping through some nights too lately. By 10 months developmentally they don’t need to feed at night so it’s likely habit or that they only take what they need until when they know they’ll be getting the next feed. It might decrease naturally but you may also need to make the change if the current routine isn’t sustainable for you. It wasn’t for us at 5 months and we used the Ferber method to help her sleep. We didn’t change feeding habits though doing that. What would happen if you didn’t feed at those times? Can you settle in other ways?

I actually realised she didn’t feed 3 times a night, I fed her 3 times a night. I fed her every time she woke but she didn’t always need that. That was my go to as it was the quickest way to get her back to sleep.

Thanks @Emma he slept through the night til 6 months and when we started him on foods he started waking in the night. He also used to go 3- 4 hours without a BF now he feeds every 2-3 (including solid feed times). I feel like I must be doing something wrong. He doesn't eat "big meals" at home, but he does eat instead of BF. But he is outright refusing solids at nursery. Even the foods he loves like banana. Can I ask how much water you LO is drinking a day?
