Pain in lower tummy/hips

Hi everyone. Has anyone experienced pain in their lower tummy/hips and back which is worse when walking? I’m struggling with the pain which gets worse when I walk/move around. I had a hematoma bleed a week ago still recovering from that. Feels like it never ends! 🩷
