C section incision
I am 11 days post op from my c section and yesterday morning baby boy kicked my incision in the middle of an uproar. Has this happened to anyone before? What did you do?

Also happened to me I try to keep something over to help cushion that area because it hurts so much. Just be gentle with your self

My baby did the same thing , but you are also 11 days post op babes you’re closed up good on the inside and outside . You can take the tape off and run warm water on it . Apply a warm compress to it and start using the silicone guards for the c section to prevent a keloid .
