My son has these spots on his back to start with and belly and nappy area now it’s spread to his face and forehead anyone know if it could be chicken pox

Could also be hand foot and mouth disease, it’s worth checking with the GP. Are they bothering him? x
only the ones in his nappy area are bothering him but the rest he’s fine x

Poor bub, it should clear up quickly. My girl has had hfm loads since starting nursery. I usually pop sudacrem on them and if she’s ever had it in her mouth, I’ve given some difflam spray x
