Overstimulated

I think overstimulated that I cannot hear my infant cry, nor I can’t stand my toddler to be crying at the moment like I just wanna run away and cry myself. I’m sick and I feel like I haven’t even had time to take any medicine and my partner doesn’t even help me.

Oh girl I feel you when both of mine start up I just wanna rip my hair out. It's so hard when you're sick. Why isn't your partner helping? Doesn't sound like a partner if they're letting you struggle, especially being sick.

@Steffani that was my question like does everyone’s partner help?! Is mine the only one that doesn’t 😭😭😭😭

overstimulated- I normally take a shower and my husband watches the kids . Today he is going to take them to go to our gym today so they can run. Currently have such a bad headache 😭 and it’s them saying mom mom mom mom

I feel like many men don't put in as much effort as they should with parenting especially babies and toddlers. But they are usually coachable if they're worth anything lol

Showers literally saved my life my 1st week pp also a good show to distract you a snack. Little things to look forward to

So overstimulated. Sending you hugs (except maybe not hugs since we are all overstimulated and touched out haha)

Ugh yes, I’m also overstimulated and the crying is triggering. I would try wearing headphones every once in a while to help give yourself a sensory break. For example, if let your toddler have a little screen time, baby wear your infant and put your headphones in to listen to something that calms your system. My husband tries to help but needs a lot of coaching which is also exhausting. I get the most help from my mom because she’s amazing with my toddler.
