Naps

Does your little one still nap? Our boy has refused his nap for the first time today and he was two on 1st December. Is your little still napping? Or just not interested anymore? If your little one isn’t having a nap what time do you put them to bed? Our boy went down at 6:20 this evening after refusing his nap 🤦🏻‍♀️🫠

Mainly still on one nap but there are days he will skip it, or just be happy with a quick car nap. Bedtime is a nightmare at the moment, last night it was gone 9pm 😭

Nope my little girl doesn't nap and will go to sleep anytime between 6.30-7.30 typically.

My LG doesn’t nap anymore and usually sleeps 7:30-7:30 (with three get ups in the night) If she has even a ten minute nap I can’t get her asleep before 8:30 and a 30min nap (even before midday) means bedtime is gone 9pm

There is a regression around 2. My son went through it some months ago and naps became extremely difficult, but we just tried to stick to his routine as much as possible and encourage his nap. If he did skip, we'd then put him to bed earlier to avoid overtiredness. Touch wood, things have settled now and he's back to napping as normal (though I'm having to cap it at about an hour to avoid disrupting overnight sleep).

Each day is different, her sleep is all over the place at the moment.

My boy naps but it causes a bedtime of 10.30pm. But he can’t make it through the day if he doesn’t nap 🤔

Our boy naps with us but hasn't at daycare since just before turning 2. He's there 4 days a week. Generally goes to bed at the same time as can't do much earlier after nursery

Absolutely needs a nap but won’t nap 😂. Constant cycle of over tiredness
