We generally don't nap later than 4pm. Then bath/bed from 6.15 onwards. Always sleeping by 7pm without issues. We do lots of play and move room to room and have dinner in the last wake window to tire her out but keep her distracted at the same time.
I don’t let my son nap longer than 3:30pm. That’s a solid 3.5 - 4 hour wake window. I keep bath as last as possible to keep him awake and happy x
Our last nap is usually 3:30/4 at the very latest and awake by 4:30, if it goes on longer, it's a fight to get her down at 7pm
We let baby sleep til 5:20 yesterday and then went to bed for 7:20. This week she’s strangely gone back to 3 naps (early wakes).
I don't let me girl sleep later than 3pm I start getting her ready for bed just after 6pm, she's breastfed so feeds for a long time, she's always down for the night by 7pm
Thanks everyone! Are you babies all having two naps? If so, what times are they at? She still has a nap between 4 and 5 and it can sometimes last an hour or longer. Maybe this is where we are going wrong. But if she wakes from her second nap around 3ish there’s no way she could make it to 19:00 without extreme aggyness! 🙈
We have a 10:30/11am nap and aim for a 2pm nap (it never works like that). We do lots of play and big activities in the final wake window like playing in the jumperoo, sensory play and music. It gets the brain working so much that they get really tired and makes the bed time routine easier
My wee girl only has 2 naps a day now 11 until 12.20 and then she will have a nap at 4:30 until 5 but if she doesn't have that nap she will have one at 6 until half 6 and then bed at half 8 and then sleeps all night until 7 in the morning
Most times we do 2 naps a day last one at 4pm, bedtime is 8.30pm and sleeps through night however the last few days has had nap 3 and ends up sleeping really late past 11pm and struggling!
Latest wake from nap is 4:30. 5:30 dinner, 6/6:30 bath bed by 7:30 latest. We're on night 2 of this routine and so far it's been super helpful for my little one
