@Lyra thank you! Ah bless her, do you notice what makes it worse? She doesn’t seem to be in pain. Hopefully someone knows a possible solution 🤞 x
My 7 month old has this! At first I thought it was from yogurt touching her skin, it then went really dry and flakey (wasn’t sure if it was the change in weather) got better but then yesterday she had peanut butter and a few hours later the same happened. Tomorrow I’m going to avoid all allergens and see if it has any correlation as I’m really not sure its food related
No not yet as it literally just popped up on her face after her nap. She has a dummy too so could be something to do with that? Or Maybe central heating ? Hopefully someone has the answer 🤞
@Georgia Nwabuko my little ones got so much better when she was poorly and really off food so I’m thinking has to be food related. She has had peanut butter the past 2 days too! So I’m thinking I’ll do the same as you x
@Lyra yes I was thinking dummy but when she was off food she didn’t really have the redness. I think dummy is making it worse as the moisture is inflaming it though x
My daughter gets it too I think it’s because she dribbles when she has her dummy and it stores moisture. I have been putting sudacreme on the area but making sure it’s really rubbed in to act as a barrier to stop more moisture. I notice it really clears up after doing this
My daughter gets it a lot and she always has a dummy 🫠🫠
@Lauren thank you for your reply. I do think the dummy makes flare up with my LG when she already has it x
My LOs seems to get worse in the evening, her skin today looked great and after her last nap it was all red around the mouth again. She had peanut butter at 11am. She also has a dummy but only for sleep, so it could be that
Balmonds skin salvation is a life saver! Natural cream to heal all skin conditions. Only a little is needed so lasts a long time. x
@Georgia Nwabuko ah she’s a cutie! Yes the same areas as my LO. Let me know how you get on x
@Stef I will definitely try that! Thank you! I’ve just found it on Amazon. Do you know a good place to get it from? X
I tend to get it on Holland and Barrett they’re sometimes on offer and they also sell smaller sizes for like £6 so try it first a little goes a long way but it’s amazing stuff. Try monitor what she’s eating things like strawberries will give a rash like that maybe give her the same foods for a few days if it’s clear add in 1 thing at a time to see if it flares up x
Also if you think it could be dribble rash from a dummy mam air dummies are designed to not touch the child’s skin and allow them to breathe as much as possible x

It could be Perioral dermatitis which not go away on its own my son ad it. Keep applying vasline to it stop it from drying out and see ya dr
@Paula thank you, I’ll take her again and suggest this. Last time they gave me anti fungal cream but didn’t do anything x
Aww sorry hope she’s not in any pain with it. I’m following this as my LG has this also and I have also been treating with Vaseline
