Where to sell baby stuff

Hi Moms! I have an orbit baby stroller and car seat for sale along with a crib and other baby items. Does anyone know where I can sell them in Henderson or LV for a good price besides Facebook? I’m a single mom and am weary of people coming to my house to pick stuff up.
