Changing childminders

We are looking to hopefully move in a few months time so I can be closer to work. This will mean I will have to move my girl to another childminder or nursery. I haven't found anything yet but I am thinking of looking in a few weeks just to get her ready and settled before we move. What's the best thing to do? Move her straight away or do it slowly. Get her to do a few days where she is now and then a day or so in the new place the rest of the week, then gradually increase the new place and slowly stop her current place? She loves where she is now, I wish I could keep her where she is but it's just no longer doable as I never really like the town we are in now. (Constant traffic everyday and horrible travel to work). Also we are slowly doing potty training with her, would it be best to wait until she's settled at the new nursery and new house before we fully get rid of the daytime nappies? I don't want to put too much pressure on her.

How has she been with TT so far? Has she been showing interest in using the potty? Is she refusing putting a nappy on? They're all signs that she is ready to train. Also with childcare, I probably wouldn't transition her slowly because it will be more confusing for her doing days at different places, enrol her at the new place and see how she goes because she's already used to being in care đź’•
