What time are your babies going to sleep every night? Ive been doing between 10-11pm but wondering if I should start doing earlier.

My son also was going to bed then as well! I’ve been slowly doing it earlier. Many babies around his age I know are going to bed like 7 pm, 8, 9 . My best friends son who is 5 months old now, he goes to bed by 8 pm

I just start putting him in the room, turning off the lights, turning on his white noise just so he starts familiarizing that it’s bed time now.

my baby goes to sleep from 10-11 too! it works for us for right now. eventually we’ll push it earlier I tried to put him down at 7-8pm but he was up around 12-2 AM when i did that so i just kept the 10-11 bedtime! (he’s 4 months)

We start the nighttime process around 8:30 but it usually takes until 10/11pm until she is down asleep too!

We’ve been experimenting with different times. We started with about 9:30 then tried everything down to 7:30. 7:30 was too early, she didn’t sleep as long as she usually does. We found 8-8:30 is our sweet spot.

Before her sleep regression she went to sleep at 8 and didn’t wake up until 7ish but now she goes to sleep around 6 n wakes up every 2 hours or so.

From us, bed time starts at 7pm by 8 baby is already sleeping, he sleeps very good trough the night, and won't be up until 7am of the morning. I started this routine since he was a new born, consistent schedule, and it's working great! (4 months old baby)

I am NOT a morning person, so both my 18m and my 4m go to bed between 930-1030pm and wake up between 10-11am. It works for us! Eventually as the kids get older and have school/activities we’ll move it earlier but for now we all like to sleep in 😂
