At what age? As a baby, we mixed Gerber Grain & Grow rice cereal with breast milk mostly to start transitioning to solids and introduce new textures. After teeth we added cheerios. My son is almost 3 now and loves Kix cereal
I cooked and pureed quinoa with a little formula when my guy was little and alternated with gerber grain and grow

None. They have no nutritional value and they can destroy the gut. Babies need healthy fats more than anything. Avocados. Pure butter.

@Natalie I agree. The rice cereal has no nutritional value but I like to mix it with formula and let my kid eat some right before a nap.

No cereal for us either! I will agree with others about very low nutritional value and good fats. Also, rice and wheat are two of the most pesticide sprayed crops, so aim for organic if you can

We didn't bother with any of the baby cereals/rice's cos they hold no nutritional value so they just fill baby up and replace the milk you want them to be having. How old is baby?
